The Alco family of companies was founded by Indiana native Scott Goodwin in 2008 with the establishment of Alco Exteriors, bringing excellent, reliable construction services to residents of Northwest Indiana. Having worked on behalf of insurance companies for years, Scott was eager to get back to work directly with the people of his home state, going beyond the delivery of impeccable service to also serve as an advocate for his customers.
Thanks in no small part to the support of those incredible customers, Alco Exteriors grew quickly – to date, the company has successfully served more than 1,000 customers across the country – and, as the team and its areas of expertise continued to expand, Scott saw the opportunity to diversify his company’s services and help more of his “neighbors” than ever before. This led to the establishment of Alco Tree, a move that has allows us to proudly bring a new array of services to hundreds of residents every year.
